Heading out on a long boat

The main reason for coming to Ao-Nang was to go and see some of the limestone cliff islands. We didn't go specifically to the one that James Bond was filmed at, but these were even better because of the lack of people. The best way to see this small islands is in a traditional Thai Long Boat. We booked one just for us for the day and it was fantastic. Our captain didn't speak heaps of English, but that was fine. He was very warm and friendly which helped overcome any language issues. The first island we went to had a small beach and heaps of fish waiting for us to give them a little treat. It was a really spectacular place and a perfect start to the day.
