SV school picnic

SV had her first kindy school picnic at the park. We all went and the girls ran around playing while the adults chatted and enjoyed snacks. MV is getting to be quite the climber and SV is playing with everything without fear. To TV's concern she is hanging out with the boys. Hmmm, too soon says he.

Brunch with Auntie Aimee and Uncle Nick

We were fortunate enough to be able to line up schedules to see Auntie Aimee and Uncle Nick for brunch at a local cafe. conveniently the cafe is across the street from the park, so the kids could go for a bit of a run around after. It was a good brunch and we had a great time catching up with our friends. MV was a bit shy, but SV was very happy to chat.

Cycling to the park

MV is now happy to use her tricycle to get to the park while SV rides her bicycle. They are both gaining in confidence on their respective cycles. They are also both getting quite adventurous at the park on the various apparatuses.

At the table

Both the girls were working at the table. Drawing, reading and cutting. They worked together and also played by themselves.

Miss Minney Australia

MV picked out her own outfit after her nap and was running around in the backyard enjoying herself. Meanwhile SV also woke up from an accidental nap and was a bit groggy. MV had no such problems as she assumed her best Dear Leader pose before riding off into the sunset. She has sampled a number of characters to create her own Minnie story.

Funny outfit kids

MV is getting quite independent, picking out both her outfit and her snack. SV is working on her fashion sense as well and picking some coordinated outfits which she is happy to show off.

Beading in the morning

These two were very happy to bead for over an hour in the morning. They played by themselves, with SV helping MV put beads on when she couldn't quite get them. It was really sweet to watch them work together until MV got bored and started filling and dumping the container back out.
