Chilly evening and morning

In the evening it was quite chilly and we walked to dinner. Everyone enjoyed getting bundled up and going for a walk. It was quite chilly but the crisp air and a good walk were fun. In the morning we again got bundled up and went to the cafe because SV really enjoyed it.

A walk before lunch

After MV woke up from a glorious nap we took a walk to a pretty great lookout which SV drove us to. After our walk we had a great lunch where we sat in a window. That ended up being quite funny as multiple people stopped and waved at both MV and SV. It was rather a funny experience being on display like that.

Breakfast and a play

For breakfast we got bundled up again and walked up to a cafe which was inside an old church. SV really enjoyed her hot beverage before playing in the play area. SV then found some friends to play dress up with. After our breakfast we stopped in the hardware store where SV found herself a camp chair which was exactly her size.

Visiting Leura

The town of Leura is a quaint little mountain town that we have been meaning to visit for a while. We finally had an excuse to visit because a local photographer there does American passport photographs. After MV got her photographs taken we wandered through the little town, browsing through the shops and having lunch.

Katoomba dinner

We went out to dinner in Katoomba at an Italian restaurant where SV got to roll out her own dough which was then baked and served back to her. She really enjoyed it and MV took advantage of the ambiance to grab a nap. It was a delicious dinner after which we headed home for sleep eventually.

MV's first trip

For her first trip we headed for Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. First we stopped in for SV's dance class but soon we were off. The 'cabin' was actually a really nice 3 bedroom house which was really good for us. Neither girl was shy about making themselves at home and enjoying their surroundings.

Going for a walk

SV took her babies for a walk in her specially designed carrier while KT carried her baby cupcake in her carrier. It seemed to be a good arrangement as everyone was happy.
