EV gets her hairs cut

 It was time for EV to get her hairs cut again and this time we weren't in Turkey, so KT did it. Turned out well and EV enjoyed her updated look.

Decorating for Halloween

 It was a bit weird decorating for Halloween without our big bush for the spider web in the blazing heat. We had fun though as we got some new decorations and put them all out. The girls also worked on some of their costumes a little bit.

Afternoon portraits

 We had lovely afternoon autumn light and so we had the girls take some portraits in front of the house. EV had her face painted so it was motivation for photographs along with SV's new hat.

SV's birthday

 She wanted to have a fun brunch so we went tot Pancake Circus for a bit of nostalgia and fun. It was quite pleasant and followed by a quiet day. We all wished her a happy birthday and she got several presents. She then got right into reading one of her new books. 

Catch up with Auntie Amber and Uncle Josh

 We got to San Francisco a little early so we watched the planes land before picking up Auntie Amber and Uncle Josh. We then headed to the coast and the SF beach where we found sand dollars and a stunning day. We also took them to the painted ladies on the way to a wonderful dinner. Our tour could really only end in one way, a sunset overlooking the ocean and the Golden Gate Bridge. It was such a lovely afternoon with our friends. 

Heading to the bay

 We were heading to the bay area to catch up with our friends from Australia during their layover. We stopped in for a quick lunch which ended up being a bit longer as there were some fun activities for the kids. It was good though as we were all relaxed when we got to the bay.

MV's convertible ride

 MV has been really excited in Ron's convertible and she finally had a chance to do so. He came by and picked her up on a peach of a day and they got to drive around for some time. She loved it and is now keen to drive it.
