Lunch and the view

We had a bit of lunch before going and headed out to see if we could catch the elephants. We were in luck as we got to see the whole family, including the new baby elephant. Then we went and took in the view while doing a few stretches and whatnot.

Playing at Taronga

We looked at a few animals before going to the playground for the girls to run around. Although we didn't quite make it there before a bit of a tanty occurred. Once there though they had fun, and Babicka took advantage by getting close to the ring tail lemurs.

Taronga Zoo with Babicka

We took Babicka to Taronga Zoo for a day out and of course the first thing SV wanted to do is go see the seal show. We took advantage of our seats and had a bit of a snack. The seals put on a good show and got our visit off to a good start.

SV missing her sister

After school SV missed her sister. TV tried to keep her mind off her sadness and cheer her up with some reading and eventually a bit of television. It helped a little bit, but not as much as MV coming home again.

MV's last day in hospital

MV's neck was getting better as the IV antibiotics were doing their job. Her appetite and energy levels were back to normal as well which made it a challenge to keep her relatively still.

A day in the hospital with MV

While MV is technically sick and with an IV. She didn't let that stop her at all or get her spirits down at all. She was quite busy as the hospital is quite well set up for kids. She enjoyed colouring, the clown doctors and the play room. Eventually her bandage got changed as well which made her heaps more comfortable and she could enjoy her shows.
