Hanging out with parents

The girls are getting used to being in lockdown. They are really enjoying time with their parents as we all play games together. It's quite nice to have some family time and not having to rush off anywhere.

SV the horse

SV was volunteered as the horse while the girls danced. SV thought it was fun to be the horse at first, but eventually she got tired and needed a break. EV wanted to dance so it was just as well.

Continue the build

SV continued working on her building first thing in the morning. MV worked on other things and lent a hand when required. It was quite a relaxed start to the day for everyone.

Backyard camping

Deep in the dark remote recesses of our backyard the girls set up their tent to brave the wild. Even a little thing like a broken tent pole didn't stop them from having fun. EV and MV had a blast setting up the mats and sleeping bag. Giggling and laughing while they rolled around. It was quite an adventure. SV was quite happy to get a little bit of piece and quiet to work on her lego. She had been bothered all day by the younger two and savoured the quiet. They were all quite happy to go and sleep in the tent together though despite EV having to go inside and sleep in her actual bed. KT ended up sleeping the backyard with the girls instead and enjoyed it.

Papuče

We went through the kids clothes and opened up some boxes that have been handed down from MV. EV took a liking to a pair of house slippers that she wore most of the day. She also found a new jumper that she liked and matched it with a pair of pants that unfortunately she was out growing.

In the teepee

The girls asked to play with the teepee and the princess castle. It was a hot day and so they kept them inside to play. The polyester dress up clothes and castle made for hot kids otherwise. The older two again made up stories pretending to be all sorts of characters while EV just came passed through the stories and games. Sometimes she stayed briefly and other times she stayed for a while.

Shokin time

The girls have gotten a few little shopkin toys via birthdays and such. Today they pulled them all out and played with them for a while. EV is really good about little things and desn't put them in her mouth so she was allowed to play with them as well. She enjoyed putting them in and out of various containers. MV and SV came up with their own game and naratted the whole thing.
