EV's play structure

A friend of ours gave us a big play structure for EV and she got to try it out. She seemed to like it as she hung around and explored the various toy items on offer.

SV has been practising her violin and EV has been observing her. Perhaps for tips or perhaps mesmerised by her big sister, maybe both.

Dinner with friends in Mascot

We went over to Uncle Kyle and Auntie Lauren's house for dinner with several friends. The girls had fun playing with the cats before dinner. The food was fantastic and we had a good time talking to everyone. Although it turned a bit late and some of the smaller folk needed a bit of quiet time. They had so much fun that they ended up falling asleep on the way home in the car.

EV and MV in the yard

MV is very sweet with her little sister. She really enjoys playing with her and just generally being with her. This time EV was sad and cried for a little bit so MV went and held her to comfort her. It did the trick and both their moods were improved.

More from the water park

The older two kids ran around heaps getting into all sorts of fun. EV had fun too though, but wasn't convinced about the artificial beach. Either or out of the water. It seemed weird to her.

At the water park

Since we had the season passes for the water park this year we went back again. We are all enjoying it and EV got to dip her feet in the water as well. She enjoyed it kind of while the other two had heaps of fun.

Science experiment Number 1

This is the first science experiment SV wanted to try, there are more on the horizon. This time we mixed oil, food coloring and citric acid. It made a cool lava lamp effect which we all admired, and no KT didn't fall asleep she was merely getting close to the action. EV tried to get to the action of the flowers though. Afterwards SV and MV were reading about other types of experiments they could do.
