Dinner out after kung fu

We all went out to dinner to celebrate SV's good work. Sushi was the choice and it was fantastic. Although some of us needed a blanket or two to stay comfortable. EV ended up sleeping through most of dinner though.

SV kung fu fighting

We all packed into the car and went to kung fu with SV. SV did really well and was quite excited that she got a star for good kicks during her evaluation.We were all proud of her as well.

MV cuddles

We've said it before but MV is really enjoying having EV around. She gives her lots of cuddles and always wants to help her out. They really seem to enjoy laying down and playing/looking at things.

EV is growing

Even over the course of a couple of weeks, EV has already changed quite a bit. Her face has changed, and of course she has become much more observant and aware too.

Wally watchers

MV and SV are both really into their new Where's Wally books. They both searched for quite a while but eventually MV got a bit bored and went out to paint. She used lots of colour and worked on a few shapes too.

Backyard bubbles again

The girls found some bubbles in the garage along with their castle and tee-pee. They asked to have the two structures built so they could blow bubbles from them and be able to play inside. They also grabbed their books and read books inside. They ended up playing inside all morning. The bubbles were surprisingly prolific and the girls preferred making them rather than popping them.

Painting the bird house

The only thing left is to paint the bird house. SV took on to herself to do just that. She painted a variety of birds on the house. She may have gotten a bit over enthusiastic and gotten paint on other places beside the bird house.
