Pool gnome

At the top of the Park Hyatt in Sydney there is a pool where we took SV to go swimming. She enjoyed it, but then she had to sit out the hot tub. She was not exactly thrilled about it because the bubbles were oh so tempting and interesting.

Picnic in Hyde Park

On a lovely sunny day we had a picnic in the park. SV ate zucchini and pea baby food which she mildly liked. After we ate, we worked off some of that energy by playing. SV worked on her crawling and baby parachutist technique. She made little bridges for us to try to climb under as well.

In the office

SV finally decided to seek full time employment. She started working at a local office. Here she is writing an email to a colleague and checking the calculator. First day on the job and she is already a pro.

In the hotel

For TV's birthday we went to the CBD and got a suite at one of the nice hotels overlooking St Mary's Cathedral and Hyde Park. We had a really nice room which all three of us took advantage of. Here are some of the photographs from our stay.

First tooth

On Thursday SV's first tooth broke through her gums, and shortly after her second tooth made itself known. Having her teeth break through has made SV feel pretty poorly and so she has been very moody. Although we have given her some medicine to help, which lets her normal sunny self come through.

Sun and grass

We went out to the park to enjoy the lovely weather and take in some fall sun. Decided to bring the camera along and take a few photographs. SV really enjoyed her time playing in the grass, and she especially liked the dandelion.
