Sandstone art

 The beach ended at a nice cliff face made of sand stone. Erosion had created some wonderful patterns and MV really liked climbing all over the rocks to get a better view of the patterns.

Beach with our friends

 Going to the beach on a lovely day is fun, but it's even more fun when you go with your friends. The girls had a fantastic time with their buddies. The warm water was inviting although EV dipped one toe in and said, no thank you. Preferring to play in the sand.

Hanging out on the couch

 After a fairly big day the kids just needed a little bit of time to sit and relax. That gave the adults a chance to make dinner and chat in peace. A win win situation.

Little bushwalk

 MV and TV took a little bushwalk out to a look out near our friend's house and then out to a rocky point. We happened to time it perfectly to see the sun set completely by accident. It was quite spectacular, and no less so heading back after the sun had set. We managed to see a few interesting plants and an echidna in addition to the spectacular views. MV was a little shy with the echidna who was even more shy, burying itself in the leaves to try and hide.

2nd Easter egg hunt

 We went up to see our friends on the Central Coast and to hang out. As a bonus the girls got to do a second easter egg hunt. They all had a good time hunting together and made sure that everyone had the same number of eggs in the end.

2021 Easter egg hunt

 This year was the first time that all three of the girls looked for eggs on their own. Setsuna also played her part well, officiating as the Easter Bunny delegate.There were quite a few to find and they each looked high and low for them. SV had a bit of help from Horsey, but they were very generous with each other. At the end they counted all of them but shared the treats inside.

Playing with their animals

 MV and EV were playing with all of their plastic animals. They had them all out and had them interacting. SV was off doing her own thing and enjoying some alone time.
