Here are a couple of photographs from a roll of Infrared Film TV just got developed. IR film is sensitive to the infrared spectrum and most of the visible light is blocked through the use of a filter.
Some of these images are over a year old including the one with KT and Papi. The second photograph is from our trip to New Zealand while the third is of SV during a bath. In the fourth photograph SV is playing on the playground in the Sunshine Coast. The last photograph shows the full potential of IR film with the leaves of the tree turning white and a dark sky.

Rainbow dance class
SV had a bit of a rainbow look going for her dance class which actually worked well since everything else seemed to have lots of colour as well. She again had fun dancing with her friends.

Australia Day in The 'Gong
On the way home we stopped in Wollongong for their Australia Day festivities. They had a street festival with rides and fun foods. We took advantage of the food but not really the rides. We also watched a game of cricket in the park while we had our tasty chicken burgers. It was a typical Australia Day, and we really enjoyed it.

Packing up
Since the weather outside was frightful we had breakfast in the tent. It calmed down a bit and we packed up to head home. On the way we stopped to take a photograph with our new (to us) car. Finally after almost 8 years without a car we purchased one. We have managed ok without one until now but with Squishy's arrival becoming imminent, we felt that it was time to get one. The decision was made easier by GoGet removing all but one of the pods in our neighbourhood.

Setting up camp again
This time it was warm and sunny when we were setting up. Made it a lot more pleasant and quick. KT relaxed while SV played in the sandy dirt again. When it was time to get the tent ready SV was very happy to hop in and arrange everything before giving it a test run. She really enjoyed her sleeping bag and being able to burrow down into it.

The Big Potato
Without planning we stopped in the town of Robertson on the way to the coast. It happens to be home of the Big Potato and let us cross off another big thing in Australia. We had lunch at a great cafe as well, although SV did more painting than eating. Oh well, we all enjoyed ourselves in our own way.

Morning hike
After the storm passed overnight we woke up to a wonderfully sunny day. We slowly packed up everything so it could dry and it gave SV a chance to play some more. After we were packed we went for a short hike and took in the views without a storm. It was great and SV managed to walk about two kilometres all by herself. We also found a massive ant hill which was even taller than TV.
