Friend day

Harriett came over for the day to hang out with SV. They had heaps of fun together as KT took them on all sorts of adventures. They put on kids make up and jewelry so they had legitimate street cred before heading out with their popsicles. They looked pretty tough standing on the corner, intimidating some of the passersby. They got to go watch a movie as well before finally coming back to play with Endir. Angus came over to pick up his sister and he too got in a play with Endir who took it all in stride.

SV is really enjoying building her legos, although she does get a bit silly sometimes. MV is now becoming quite the little reader which is great. Both the girls actually enjoy books.

The girls are getting lots of enjoyment out of Endir. They are still very good with him and aware of his needs. They enjoy feeding him and generally watching him.

It was another warm day which we used to take down the decorations. To reward ourselves we had popsicles at the end. The girls enjoyed the cool treats in a warm afternoon.

Little puzzlers

SV received a couple of puzzles for xmas and she and MV worked on them diligently. SV enjoys doing puzzles and she is quite skilled at them. Some of you may remember that she has been working puzzles for several years now, increasing in complexity. She and MV made short work of the super heroin puzzles.

MV swim class

TV was excited to see MV's swimming again. It had been a while and she seemed heaps more comfortable in the water. She had fun until she got cold. the heater on the pool was broken. Going under water and getting splashed in the face are no problem as she kicks along through the water.

Coming and going to the pool

We all went to MV's swim lesson. The girls were excited because TV hasn't been able to go until this time. They were happy to show him the new pool and play structures. After the lesson the ladies all got hot beverages to warm up and then stopped in for a play at the shopping centre.
