MV scooter riding

MV is turning into a bit of a daredevil on the scooter. She has been practising at home and is happy to show off some of her skills now. We were certainly impressed.

Bowral holiday

We went on a weekend trip with a few of our friends to Bowral. We rented a big house where we all stayed and all the kids got to play. The kids had fun playing together and eating together.

Trick or treating 2017

All the kids were very excited to go trick or treating. They practically ran between the houses squealing with joy. It was really fun to see such exuberance. It was quite a successful day for them too.

Halloween 2017

This year MV dressed up as a ballerina with golden cheeks and a gold necklace. SV was a mummy with KT doing her excellent make up. Our friends Angus and Harriet came over as well for a bit of fun. All of their costumes looked great, and they were really excited to head out.

Angus' birthday

We went to Bankstown RSL which includes an indoor play centre where our little friend Angus was having his birthday. The RSL also has a cool indoor waterfall and scenic area. The girls had a bit of a look around before we went in to play. They had fun playing and exploring the new place. They also had fun eating their lunch in a pirate ship and then celebrating Angus' birthday.

Playing with slime

SV got some slime for her birthday and she and MV were finally able to play with it. They had fun having it run through their fingers and stuff. They really liked how it jiggled in their hands too. It was fun to watch them.

Cosmic yoga

SV apparently does a bit of yoga at school sometimes and the program they do is called cosmic yoga. It is great as the various yoga poses are done in the context of a story. The moves are done pretty quickly and it really engages with the kids. Both SV and MV enjoy doing the various poses and it puts them in a good mood.
