Sisterly Love

SV is still very much enjoying the privilege of holding and taking care of MV. They are getting on quite well. MV is getting used to being held by SV and isn't struggling anymore and feels more comfortable.

MV and TV relaxing

While KT and SV were having a nap TV and MV were interacting. This was one of MV's first awake alert times where she wasn't asking for food, but merely looking around learning about her environment.

Taking MV home

After a day in the hospital we took MV home as a family. SV was more than happy to take her little sister home. On the way home SV sang a song and read a story to MV, it was very sweet. By the way we are not sponsored by a car manufacturer, it just so happened that it was a convenient place to put the flowers so they could be in the photograph.

Squishy Growing

Here is a video of Squishy growing and the progression of KT's tummy as it grows to accommodate Squishy. KT really enjoyed being pregnant and having a little friend along wherever she went.

MV's first bath

Just like her big sister, MV didn't like a bath at first but soon relaxed and enjoyed it. SV was also very very excited about helping with the bath. She was very good and super sweet with MV. Here are some of the photographs which are remarkably similar to SV's first bath. It really brought back so many wonderful memories and feelings, and yet it was special in it's very own way. Fantastic!

Hearing test

MV got her hearing tested while we were in hospital and she passed easily. For that she got a good long cuddle from TV.

Visiting MV

MV had a couple of visitors see her and a raft of well wishers wishing they could. Here are a couple of photographs of Vanessa and Harriett visiting us in hospital. Carlos and Damian sent us flowers with chocolates and balloons which proved to be very popular with the girls.
