Morning team archery

The archery team went out for an early practice. SV is the coach who was teaching the other two. MV is now old enough to hold the bow and start using it so SV showed her the proper way to hold it. EV is too young and so she is only allowed to collect arrows and watch at this point. Suits her fine.

Hat party

MV and SV both wore their new hats and played very nicely in the morning. No arguments, just solid playing.

Ash Katchem

SV has wanted to take some photographs as her current hero Ash with his friend Pikachu. It was quite fun having her act out the character.

Easter Show Bags

Well, this year because of the 'Rona we didn't get to go to the Easter Show, but we did order the girls some show bags. They were super excited to open them and see what they got. EV was especially excited about the gum that was in one of the show bags, most likely because she couldn't have any. Although that did make her a bit mad.

Quarantine approved activities

KT was leading some quarantine activities with MV and EV while SV worked on her own puzzle. The collage activity was a challenge for MV as was the puzzle for SV. They worked on both for well over an hour.

Helmets for all, but scooters only for some

EV is currently fascinated by helmets so we are letting her wear them any time she wants. Hopefully it will mean fewer fights later on when she's older. Hopefully. It was a very pleasant walk in the late afternoon. The air is now getting that lovely autumn crispness here.

Okra sticks

TV found dried okra as a snack the other day and they received rather mixed reviews. Although EV was unambiguous in her positive review. She has been munching on them quite a bit. We thought they were rather tasty as well.
