The girls were quite happy to ride but were a bit shy about it this time. They managed to work on a couple of skills and got visibly better during their time on the horses. EV was just happy to sit on the horse and walk around to get the feel of the whole experience.
Babicka took the girls to go horse riding again. It was Elke's first time riding a horse and at first she wasn't too sure, but watching her sisters helped. They got to help get the horses ready a little bit before walking them into the coral where they were going to ride them.
The girls got some playdoh and took it outside to play with it. Zedrick came out to have a look and help out. They all worked together well and no playdoh was eaten in the process. Success!
SV pulled out Candyland from the box of board games and we started playing it. EV really quite enjoyed it since she could understand the rules and didn't require any help at all in playing. She ended up coming in second so she was quite pleased. Can you guess who won the game?
The girls made a little secret place under the weeping willow tree. They brought most of their stuffed animals and read stories to them. It was a nice little spot that they made for themselves and just enjoyed some quiet time.
We got back to Babicka's house and relaxed a bit while KT gave Babicka and Jeanna a hair cut. The girls rehydrated with sparkling waters both before and during their swim.
On the way back from Reno we stopped in South Lake Tahoe for a burger stop. We ate outside amongst the pine trees which was really nice. The burgers were good too which was a really nice way to wrap up the trip.
