Nagymama's birthday party

We all got together along with several of Nagy's friends to celebrate her 90th birthday. We all had a great time, most of all Nagy. There were not many kids there, but the ones that were there really played nicely together. Our girls were pretty much every where entertaining themselves despite the lack of toys. They were quite happy to see and talk to so many familiar faces.

Playing with Nagy and Ricky

The girls all really enjoyed playing with Nagymama and Ricky. It was really special for them to have some private time together.

Stara Tura Beerfest

Completely by accident there was a beer festival in Stara Tura. Since we were all there we thought we might as well go and have a look. There was a bit of local dancing and signing which the girls enjoyed, while the adults enjoyed their beverages.

Family dinner

The family almost all reconvened for a lunch of schnitzel and some good laughs. It appeared that even Grandma CeCe made a brief appearance.

More arrivals to Stara Tura

A few more people showed up in Stara Tura before the celebration. We had a good nice dinner and some aperitifs to put us into a celebratory mood. The kids played since they ate beforehand and the adults got ot have a nice peaceful dinner. 

Playing with the Juriceks

We had a fun playing with all of the Juriceks. EV got to play with everyone and really enjoyed it. She got to have all of the attention while the other two girls played and had some quiet time. It was a win win for everyone.

More from Tematin

Beside the workers we had the castle all to ourselves and so we explored all of it. There was a fantastic view over quite a large area which we took in as well. We also walked around the outside of the castle and some of the trails in the lovely woods.
