Working in the morning

MV was enjoying her yokult and getting dressed in her summery outfit. Meanwhile SV was working on some of her legos which she is really getting the hang off.

Wrapping up SV's 6th birthday

SV's cake was a big hit with her, the other kids and even the adults. It was quite impressive and she was quite proud. Everyone had a piece with their favourite flavour. The fairy was kind enough to help and was happy to pose for some photographs afterwards. SV got to open a few presents both at the park and at home. Some of her friends really wanted to see her open them. The rest took almost two weeks to get through slowly.

SV really enjoyed having an entertainer at her party who was really good as she entertained all the kids for a while. SV continued playing with all the kids and even some of the adults like Auntie Aimee and Uncle Nick.

SV's 6th birthday party

Once we got all set up the guests started arriving. SV got excused to go and enjoy her guests. She had fun seeing everyone in their fancy dress. It seemed like she was everywhere and playing with everyone. She was the best hostess making sure everyone was having fun. Not surprising as she comes from a long line of excellent party hosts and minglers.

Setting up for SV's birthday

MV and SV got dressed up for SV's 6th birthday party. MV changed her mind part way through though and had a costume change. The girls were both quite helpful in setting up the party as well. They put up decorations and helped arrange the food.

Birthday presents opened

SV and MV excitedly opened their presents from Babicka and Granmda CeCe. They put them to good use straight away too.

iSail event

We were invited to an event being put on by the iSail Clinic of RPA. The clinic is being managed by our friend Vanessa and they help families who have had still births. They were putting on a family gathering for those who have attended the clinic. It was a really good event and we were honoured to be invited.

MV had a great time running and playing with the other kids. She also just enjoyed the decorations and various activities.
