Sydney New Years Fireworks
This are some of the highlights of the fireworks we saw. The whole show was over 20 minutes long and was well worth the wait. This was the best fireworks show we have ever seen. $4 million well spent.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Years to everyone! We had a blast this year relaxing with Rich and our friends Liz, Naomi, and Carlos. We got to our spot and staked it out at 2pm and played games, picnicked, and generally hung out until the 9pm fireworks and then the main event at midnight. The theme of this years fireworks show was "Time of our Lives" and there was a giant sand clock on the bridge that counted down to the new year. We took some night photos of the city while waiting. Just before the fireworks went off everyone pulled out their cameras and camera phones to capture the event. We just had to take a photo of everyone's hand in the air with their camera, so funny. The last photo is a blurry taste of the video that is to follow showing off what kind of fireworks show can be put on with 4 million dollars. It was a truly great way to ring in a new year. Sydney provided a fantastic world class event and if anyone gets a chance they should definitely see it.

Rich is here
Rich, TV's brother, finally came over for a visit. He will be here a little over three weeks. It didn't take long for him to feel at home and make himself comfortable. One of the first things we did was take him on the Bondi to Coogee walk. He started working on his tan right way trying not to burn. We took some great photos on a beautiful day, only to find out there was some dust on his camera sensor. Here are some of the better photos. We have kept him busy doing various things so more photos are sure to follow.
