Baby Proms Bollywood Edition: Part 2

The kids got to blow bubbles before we caught the train to our lunch destination. They were a bit silly both before, during and after lunch. They all played very nicely and even managed to eat some of their lunch, although not necessarily that lunch which they were given. They continued the fun on the bus too where we took up the entire back seat and scared some of the other passengers off.

Baby Proms Bollywood Edition: Part 1

We took SV and her friends to the second of the Baby Proms concerts which was Bollywood themed. She had fun and followed the dance moves as they were being demonstrated. She even practised them afterwards on the walk back. It was good to see how much more she understands since the first one we took her to in April. After the concert she had fun touching noses with her friends and running around on the steps before we went to lunch.

Dinner time

To follow up on a picnic afternoon tea, we had a picnic dinner as well. SV enjoyed it, especially because she had the treat of finishing off a film as she ate her dinner.

Living room high tea

SV wanted to serve tea, so she set up the picnic blanket and invited TV and some of her stuffed animals to tea. She served biscuits with her tea and everyone was very satisfied. As a bonus she also included some vegetables to ensure good nutrition is maintained.

Bubble dance

SV was enjoying her twirling dress with its skirt which swirled out. She then got her bubbles out and started chasing them around the yard. She kept dancing in between the bubbles as well, while TV blew bubbles. They even got one of the neighbours to help blow bubbles for them.

Playing with the new camera

After much thought and research we decided to get a (another) new camera to further allow us to continue to provide quality content on this site. The new camera is a much smaller package but with very little compromise in image quality which will encourage us to bring it more often. Also it will be very helpful on our travel, allowing us to take another step in reducing our luggage size and weight.

TV was playing with the camera and settings while SV just hammed it up. Below are some of the results from these experiments.

KT had to work and so SV and TV got to spend some good quality time together. They often take photographs throughout the day and send them to KT to make her feel more included. Here are two while they were taking self portraits.
