Auntie Linda's new Rose Bay pad

Auntie Linda and Auntie Leah invited us over for a BBQ lunch and general catch up at their new place in Rose Bay. Their fabulous deck had a wonderful view which is hard to beat. They also have a couple of fancy neighbours that stop by for a feed every day. SV really enjoyed being hostess and giving them a snack while the rest of us enjoyed having a chat.

Mesmerised by yoga

The girls started out doing yoga but pretty soon they were simply mesmerised. They then paid little attention to anything else until the program finished.

Transition to a big chair

EV has been pushing the limits of the high chair for a week or more, and finally we have relented and let her get a big girl chair. She was really excited to make the transition. MV was really great at making the transition happen as she fed EV her breakfast and showed her how to sit in the new chaiir. EV got used to it pretty quick though and wanted it to herself quicksmart. MV was possibly not quite ready to let it go though. In the meantime SV worked on a simplified Rubic's Cube and created a bit of a landscape.

PJs and dumplings

MV and TV went shopping and on the way home picked up some dumplings. The rest of the gang were at home and stayed in their pyjamas. It was a great and tasty lunch where we ate almost everything. It was fun, only down side was we didn't have enough xiao long bao, next time.

Sick babo

Poor little babo got the hand, foot and mouth virus. We've all had it, but this particular version was pretty rough. Her little mouth hurt her because of the blisters and it made us quite sad. She made a pretty quick recovery though. EV's crying was quite loud so MV put on ear protection to save her hearing, she thought it was pretty fun.

Drawing with Grandma Cece

MV was really enjoying drawing and learning to write with Grnadma Cece. Grandma was very patient and showed her a number of things to learn and practice. They were both focused and enjoyed the time together.

Counting out her money

EV was sitting on the couch and counting out her money. Well, technically it was KT's money but nevermind. She was quite excited about all that cash and started running around before finally calming down and drawing while siting on her toy.
