The girls have a bunch of small toys which are animals and dolls with accessories. They quite enjoy playing with them and this time EV was allowed to as well. It was quite a treat for her. They all played nicely together and then with a little bit of encouragement packed everything away.
It was a warm day which made it perfect for an ice cream in the backyard. The girls were really happy to sit out there and enjoy their ice cream.
We went to watch MV play more soccer and we got to see her score her first proper goal. She was really excited as were we. EV enjoyed running around as well and SV was a really good sport as she made sure she stayed safe.
KT was making dinner and to keep the older two kids occupied she had them work with dough. Rolling it out and shaping it before she baked it for them. EV was not interested in that, she was interested in blowing up a balloon though. Kept everyone occupied for the entire time required. It's what is known as a win, win situation.
This was the last day that SV had the cast on. She had her arm in a cast a little over 4 weeks, but her arm is healing quite nicely. SV was excited to have her arm free, but she was sad to see the cast go. Both because of all the cool drawings and also because she felt a bit vulnerable without it.
EV has taken advantage of the new home office to do some work. She was working on '8, 9 and 11' with gusto. She really worked diligently for quite some time.
MV was painting her finger nails with her friend while EV and SV painted on paper. All of them enjoyed themselves, just in different ways.
