Getting ready to ride

TV and SV went to Glenworth Valley to have a ride. SV was really excited despite the early start. We had to admit the cool morning and fantastic light combined with the horses made it pretty exciting. Luckily we were well bundled up so waiting around was no problem. SV played a few games with the horses while we waited since we got there too early.

Minnie the fish

It has been a little while since SV has been to the pool so after TV's soccer match which was next door we went for a swim. It was refreshing and SV had a blast. She hasn't lost any skill or confidence which was good to see. Afterwards we got home and had a very relaxed evening since we were all tired.

Finishing the chess match

TV made dumplings and we resumed our chess match. Dinner went down quickly but the game continued for quite some time. SV learned a fair amount from the game and had a good time.

Homework with bunny

SV was again hanging out with the bunny. This time they were working on homework. SV really enjoyed it and Setsuna was curious to see what she was working on.

Finishing the train line

SV's workshop turned into a repair shop as we put together and fixed all of the sets we have. Then we put together all the sets and made a little town for the trains to travel through. We had fun and at the end we came away with a sense of accomplishment.

Drawing daisies

SV got some new pens for her whiteboard and gave them a whirl. She made four daisies and had all of her toys vote for their favourite. We got a vote too.

Reading with Setsuna

SV has really been enjoying spending some quiet time with Setsuna. She used to do this with her sisters as well. Interestingly SV is keeping her sisters close by playing with their toys and doing similar things that they do. It's really touching actually.
