Babycino

SV still likes a good babycino, although she is not into them as much as she has been. She still likes to draw though and a warm drink is usually a welcome thing.

Swimming with floaties

SV has started floating in the pool with arm floaties. She can swim the length of the 25m pool all by herself with them on. We are trying to get her confidence up a bit more while visiting the pool a bit more regularly. We hope to make her comfortable and safe around and in the water. Having said that, we were probably pushing our luck with the goggles just yet.

Baby cover up

SV likes to cover people up with her 'blankets'. This time it was her turn to be covered up. She liked it, although only for a few seconds before busting out. She then wanted to cover someone else up for a bit of fun.

Play date with Hatty

SV went to a play date with Harriet and Angus where they played very nicely. Apparently there were lots of thank yous and please exchanged. They acted like model little citizens all through tea time and into dinner. There was a bit of angst around bath time, but everything ended on a happy note as we took SV home to sleep.

Pink scooter dress

Scooting is pretty fun, but scooting in a pretty pink dress is a blast. A friend gave SV this dress and she didn't want to take it off all day. In fact taking it off after dinner led to some tears that even a bubble bath couldn't stop.

Bronte Beach

We took SV to the beach since it's been quite a while. She had a good time at the beach, basically treating it like a giant sandbox. The water was a bit too cold for her to get in though. What she liked the most though was the little train that she got to ride on along the foreshore. This was the first time she got to ride something like it and actually enjoy it, it was fun to watch.

Lounge room teepee

We have a tiny lounge room Indian living in a teepee. She took an immediate liking to it even in the box, staging a sit in so that we opened the box for her. Clearly SV has Indian Princess roots. We think she is trying to get in touch with her 1/32 native american roots.
