New part of the gallery

 Aftter a short break we made our way to the new parts of the museum. The new part was really nicely done and really created some nice spaces. The art was quite good as well. We especially liked the small room housing the Budha statue.

The new NSW Art Gallery

 We decided to visit the new NSW Art Gallery which expanded on the previous building since not all of us had been there yet. We walked through the park and went to see the old part of gallery first. They had changed that as well and now it is a mix of old and contemporary Australian art. It seemed a bit hard to follow but had some interesting art nonetheless. 

More saying leaving Sydney party

 The girls had quite a lot of friends come by to say hi and so did we. There were a few key people we couldn't see but did on other occasions, so it was alright. At the end we felt really good and tired.

Leaving Sydney Party

 We decided to throw a party and invite everyone to attend and help say good bye. We made a few things and got a bunch of stuff from Costco too to feed everyone. We had loads of people come and go throughout the day. It was a really nice time to see so many friends.

Visiting a Haberfield park

 We have been to this park but not for a while. We often drive by it as we pass through Haberfield and usually don't have time to stop. This time we made sure to stop so the girls could have a play and run around. They enjoyed it as they basically had the park and the fields all to themselves.

Last visit to the Australian Museum

 The kids really wanted to take one more visit to the Australian Museum before we went. So we took a mid week trip to the city for some lunch and then a museum visit. It was really good and the girls really enjoyed every part of the museum.
