Morning giggles

Most days SV wakes up in a good mood and is ready for the day. This morning she got up in a great mood and ran around laughing and giggling. She and TV acted silly together in her room. Even though the action was fast paced they managed to get a couple of photographs of the silliness.

Butterfly wing dinosaur tail

That's probably the best way to describe the creature that SV dressed up as. She had fun and jumping around and reading books. The Australian Museum had some a fantastic area for kids to play in which included dress up things, books, toys and educational exhibits. Clearly SV loved it and probably would have stayed there all day if we had lunch with us.

Fancy new playground

SV had a chance to go to a new playground which was quite fancy. It had an electric merry-go-round which was pretty fun. The park had a bunch of new apparatuses that she explored. She seemed to enjoy the new types of equipment as she ran around. She quite liked some of the musical equipment that was in the park including a sort of chime and paddle toy.

Pacific Islander dancing

SV is really fascinated by music and dance. This time she had a cultural experience watching dancers from a number of Pacific islands. Later on she got to participate in the dancing even if she didn't exactly follow the demonstrated moves. She was certainly spellbound by the dancing though.

Around the bay on a bike

Lately SV and TV have been riding the push bike around town. This time they rode around the Bay Run on an overcast day. SV now has a GoPro mount on her helmet and the two of them are working on getting the bugs out before releasing some action packed videos.

Dinosaur hunter

SV is a bit of a dinosaur hunter these days. She isn't afraid of them (not too much anyway) even when they are shown on screens walking through the building. She had fun looking at the skeletons and reconstructed dinosaurs. She really enjoyed playing with the toys though as she was allowed to actually touch them. She certainly tested the big T. Rex stuffed toy.

Bunny walk

We took a spotted bunny on a trip to the city. She was in a good mood and enjoyed herself which made the entire trip very pleasant. She did quite a bit of hopping around and even more smiling as we walked  around.
