Mikulas 2023

 It was time again to put our shoes under the window for Mikulas to put treats into our shoes. The girls were really excited about their treats and included Setsuna in the action too. They really enjoyed their treats before heading off to school.

Park play date with new friends

 Uncle Mat had friends visiting Sydney and they had two little girls. So we arranged a play date with them and Uncle Mat with Auntie Gemma met up with us too. The girls all ended up playing togetherreally nicely as they explored all parts of the turtle park. The girls enjoyed playing basketball this time which was really a bit of a first for them. 

Dentist and the city

 We made a booking to see our dentist for the last time and made a bit of a day of it. We all got our check ups done and celebrated with our customary Pepper Lunch dinner. Although KT had to run to a farewell dinner. The rest of us managed to get a cheeky ice cream before heading home. It was a fun outing for sure.

Heading home in style

 This was the first time that MV and EV got to fly in business class home so it was quite exciting. Only down side was the early wake up but it also meant that we had full access to the Singapore Airlines lounge without any crowds. We enjoyed the food and drinks before getting into our fantastic seats aboard our A350. The flight was fantastic as all of us had our private space with massive chairs, big screens and custom ordred meals. It was a very luxurious way to come home to Sydney one more time. 

Mario at the Jewel

 Throughout the Jewel there were Mario themed things to see and do. We managed to find quite a few pipes, unfortunately they did not act as connections between different parts of the centre. It was fun to duck in and out of the pipes and hit the ? blocks. It was a fun way to wrap up our trip and head back to Australia one more time.

Smokey craters

 EV and then later all three girls had a really good time olaying in the smoky craters. They ran through the smoke and rolled in the craters. Apparently the only downside was that the smoke smelled bad. Afterwards we finished looking at the top part of the Jewel and taking more photographs.

Flower garden with ducks

 The flower garden we walked to had some statues made of flowers and lovely water features. We didn't quite expect ducks up there though. It was fun to see them even if they were a bit elusive. There were some great views of the waterfall from up there too. The big girls got to play on an interesting set of slides as well up there.
