KT's musical birthday

MV and SV wanted to play some music for KT for her birthday among her other presents. We were all showing KT how much we like her. MV and SV certainly demonstrated it with their hugs and smiles. One of the best presents we can get as parents.

Cup cake making

The best part of making a cup cake is eating it. Both SV and MV confirmed this.

At the park and heading home

At the park there was lots of fun to be had and energy to burn. SV explored the more advanced part of the park while MV focused on going up the steps and back down the slide. They then reconvened on the swings to have a bit more fun. As the sun faded and the evening grew pink we headed home for dinner. MV was happy to be riding the scooter again although she got upset when we forced her to stop for a photograph. She just wanted to keep going.

Scooting to the park

After work we took MV and SV to the park. MV was keen to ride the scooter while SV really wanted to take her hobby horse. She insisted that she needed to wear a helmet, so she did and we were off. They both did great and had heaps of fun.

MV on the move

A day inside really energised MV and made her jazzy. She really liked having all of us together. She ran around with a sparkly bracelet like a lady, shortly before pulling her shirt over her head and running around like a soccer hooligan. The rest of us were quite exhausted though trying to keep up.

A rainy inside day

It was a truly rainy day which made it so nice to stay inside and not do too much. We all enjoyed the forced break to just be together and do some things around the house. After a couple of really busy weeks for all of us it was certainly nice to just be able to focus on our family.

SV gets married and MV begins reading. It remains unclear what MV's role was in the wedding.
