Easter Show 2017

We took the kids to the Easter Show again this year and they really had a good time. Here are the first of the photographs from our day.

Learning to read

SV is using a computer program to help teach her to read. MV has decided to join her and was actually learning pronunciation. They were both very focused and worked through the various exercises.

City shopping

We needed to do some shopping in the city. We got a couple of birthday presents before we headed to a quick dinner. The kids picked dumplings. They really like them, possibly because of the cute plates and characters.

In the park again

After what seemed like a month of rain we finally got to the park again. The girls were really having a fun time. The sunshine made for some really good times and big smiles.

MV's first easter egg hunt

We came home from the shops to find that the easter bunny had stopped by. After SV read the bunny's note, the hunt was on. SV was very magnanimous as she shared some of her eggs with MV. Endir, who actually turns out to be a girl and is now named Setsuna, also enjoy her holiday as she got a carrot.

Easter presents

A big thank you for our easter presents this year. The girls both had fun opening everything and really liked their wonderful gifts.

Pram driving

MV is starting to really like playing babies and the pram. It is good to see that she is learning to take on a caregiver role like that. Like any parent she is quite proud of her baby.
