Swim and hair salon

 We went to the hotel pool for a swim after dinner and we all really enjoyed it. It was still warm so the water was quite nice. Afterwards the girls had a wash and pretended to go to a hair salon to get ready. 

Visiting the Grassi's

 We got to spend the afternoon at the Grassi's with Peter and his lovely family. The girls had a great time playing on the inflatable slide. We all then played games inside. The girls ended up beating Uncle Peter in fusball, although he only had one arm. It was so great to spend time together like that.

Reno discovery museum

 The ladies and girls went to the discovery museum in Reno. They met up with our good friend Peter and his friends. They had such a great time exploring the various exhibits and working together with Babicka. The girls also made friends with Peter's kids and played together through several of the exhibits.

Playing at the casino

 Babicka took the girls to the casino for a bit of entertainment. They got to play some games, see a circus show, have dinner and play some more games. They had a blast and got some fun prizes too.

Bouldering and the meadow

 Our walk had some really nice rocks on which we all climbed. From some of the bigger ones we ended up having a great view of the meadow below. Of course we all wanted to go down to the meadow as well. The stream that fed the meadow was also very inviting, and luckily no one ended up falling in despite a couple of close calls.

Flower bushwalk

 On advice from Uncle Peter we stopped at a place near highway 80 to take at a look at the wildflowers. We are so glad we did as there were a great many flowers of all types along the walk. The view of Castle Peak was also great. After driving for a while it was really nice to get out and stretch our legs in the sunshine and clean air. We all enjoyed the walk quite a bit, particularly climbing all over the place.

Playing with Sydney

 In the morning while the adults packed and got ready, the kids played with the dogs. Sydney was nice and patient as they walked around the property with her. Pretty soon though it was time to get going. We had a small pit stop to take care of some administrative business and the girls took an opportunity to climb around. It meant they used up some energy before getting in the car.
