A day out about town

We had a bit of a shopping day which started with a restaurant called Pepper Lunch which serves various Japanese dishes where the ingredients are raw and cook right in front of you on a super hot metal plate. It's a  really good lunch place and it was a first for SV. She really enjoyed not only the food, but also the music. She started dancing and didn't stop all day. She was fun all day and it made for a really good afternoon.

Seaweed

Seaweed on the bus, now you see it, now you don't. On her first trip to Singapore SV learned to eat seaweed from her Auntie Leah and she has continued to enjoy the healthy snack since.

More of tiny helper

Here are two photographs of SV helping out.

Baby helper

SV is quite a clever little monkey. Through observation she has figured out how to pretty much do a load of laundry. The only thing holding her back is her height. She even knows which buttons to push, see for yourself.

Biscuit

While we were shopping a lady overheard SV's name and gave her a biscuit. Finally SV was allowed to eat her namesake biscuit, although she only took a few bites after breakfast before she was over it. The main fun was to hold it and open the packaging.

Star glasses

As a party favour from her friend Harriet's birthday, SV got a pair of star sunglasses which she doesn't mind wearing. Although her favourite position is on top of her head in a diva-esk way, while she adopts a persona of a gallery owner/art critic. Here she is providing feedback on the art being presented to her, but she has yet to find that wonderful artist to showcase.

Happy Mother's Day!

SV taking her mum out for high tea on Mother's Day.

Fast hair

In these photographs SV is exhibiting her streamlined hair which allows her to get to the peanut butter much faster. In case some of you were worried, she won't spoil her dinner as she already devoured it happily.
