Excited about warehouse shopping

We needed to stock up on some goodies in bulk packages. What better place to go than a warehouse store. There is one that we tend to like going to, maybe these photographs can give you a clue as to which one.

Bunnings visit

We go to Bunnings all the time but until now haven't really shown any photographs from there. The girls actually enjoy going there and pretty much always want to go. Why not, there are crafts and sausage sizzles on the weekends, and a ply structure and kid sized shopping trolleys every day. Some times there is a small scuffle about who puts what in their small cart, but generally they both have fun.

Bagel breaky

A day after a visitor leaves is always bittersweet. We all tend to remember the fun things from the visit and quietly contemplate the day without our family or friends. A bagel is good contemplating food, requiring lots of chewing and thinking.

Bingo with Grandma

Since it took next to no time for Grandma Cece to get packed she had some time to play bingo with the girls. It was a pretty engaging game and ended up with a draw. It was really a good way to finish up a nice visit.

Posing and weaving

On Grandma Cece's last day the girls put on their nice dresses and posed for a few photographs. SV then started a new project, a weaving bracelet of some sort. She was doing really well and enjoying herself.

World Square friand and the big screen

World Square was a fun place to be as the city was celebrating both Chinese New Year and Mardi Gras on the same weekend. The place was all decked out and a party atmosphere was definitely in the air. The girls enjoyed it, particularly seeing themselves on the big screen.
