The girls got some sort of science kit. Turns out they were doing some sort of forensics experimentation. They were taking finger prints and putting them on a balloon to make them bigger so they could analyse the patterns. The kit had other activities too but they got hungry and went to have some breaky. It was a bit heavy on an empty stomach to be fair.
The kids were really excited as we get closer to the start of the trip. We had to go and get some new shows for some of them though. This proved to be a little tricky since they had so much energy. In the end it worked out well and they each got some shoes.
For Neurodiversity day the girls got to choose their own clothes which was exciting, but having done their night before the excitement was palpable. MV was highlighting her physical abilities and dressed up as a gymnast. She worked on her handstands and running around. SV was a super sleuth focusing on her keen intellect while wearing her favourite colour.
MV and SV prepped their hair for the next day which was a mufti day at school. It was to celebrate neurodiversity and they had some special activities happening. Both girls were very excited about their costumes to highlight their skills.
MV was dong yoga as part of her homework and EV wanted to help out. They had like a particular teacher on the tv that does themed exercises. It seemed that it helped with their appetite as they ended up having a good dinner.
EV got invited to another of her friend's birthday party. This time she felt more grown up though as it was only her getting the invite and it was only kids her age that attended. She had a lot of fun running around with her friends and eating snacks. She was also really excited by getting her face painted and she chose to be a tiger along with her friend.
The girls worked on painting some easter rabbits in the backyard even though we weren't going to be here. They wanted them to keep Setsuna and KT company. EV then helped TV pick up some lunch and she got after her Taiwanese bento box. Don't blame her, it was delicious.
