Hotel garden

Our hotel also had a wonderful garden area surrounding the pool. Nagymama and SV made sure to walk around and enjoy the highlights including the lighted bridge and deck overlooking the pool. They also found the grass sculptures quite interesting.

In the hotel

We had quite a nice hotel room which included a living room and massive bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The view was fantastic as well. We made sure to take full advantage of the room to have a relaxing holiday. Although at one point SV thought we were having too much fun and she hushed us.

Tiny olympian

As in the original Olympic Games, SV likes to run around in the buff and complete activities.

Birthday Sizzler

For KT's birthday she requested to go to Sizzler as the last time we were on the Gold Coast we missed out. This time we went and had a very nice meal. We say that because there are very few places in AU that have salad bars, let alone all you can eat salad bars. SV also likes to go there because she can sample a bunch of different things, including the cheesy toast.

B&B

We had a Breakfast & Beach morning which helped SV get comfortable with the beach and waves. She seems to not mind the Gold Coast beaches as much. Could be because they are very shallow with places that have waves break far from shore.

Hotel pools

Our hotel on the Gold Coast had fabulous pools including a salt water one with rocks, sand and fish in it for snorkelling. In fact that was the main reason we chose it. So naturally we all had to go and take advantage of the pools and hot tubs while the weather was good.

Pram driver

Dressed in her fashionable blazer, SV takes her job as pram driver very seriously. She takes care of her passengers, even carrying their animal briefcases.
