Friends, what can you do?!

SV is turning out to be quite the social character, quite enjoying playing with other kids of all sorts. In these photographs she is playing and sleeping with babies from her mothers group. One of the other babies was crying so SV patted him on the head in a comforting way and he stopped crying.

It's a me, bath a time

Now that SV is getting a little bit older she is really enjoying her bath time. To be fair, she just really likes to be in the water be it the pool, bath or shower.

Sleeps

It doesn't matter which way a body is sleeping, a good sleep feels nice to everyone.

Thoughts of a baby

Here is a sound clip of SV talking and sharing her thoughts. She was lying on the bed talking while we recorded her musings. The photograph is another one from our hotel in Darwin, in which SV had a very contemplative look on her face.

Our little cupid wishes everyone a lovely Valentine's Day. Just watch out because she is very accurate with that little bow!

In the car

We felt that SV was now ready for her first driving lesson. In the first photograph she is checking her sight lines and that her mirrors are properly adjusted. After all her safety checks she was ready to begin, of course it proved to be a bit more difficult as she could barely see over the steering wheel even when standing, at least she kept her hands at the 10 and 2 position.
In the end we managed to get to the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Turned out to be a nice place with wonderful air conditioning, thanks for the tip Mat.

Enjoying the hotel

At just over four months old SV knows a nice hotel bed when she sees it. Of course this wasn't her first hotel experience so it was not quite so easy to excite her. Hopefully she doesn't get too used to these luxurious accommodations.
