The breakfast service

 The girls did breakfast service. SV made hot chocolates complete with whipped milk and marshmallows. MV put together a pretend meal while EV played the customer and ate everything.

Playing with her gift

 SV was really generous and included MV in her building of her new lego set. They worked together very nicely and had fun doing it. It was non-stop chat as they focused and chatted throughout. 

Congratulations and pressies

 The last part of the birthday celebrations was for the traditional congratulations and presents. We all enjoyed congratulating SV on her birthday. She was very happy as well and enjoyed all of her presents.

Cake and reminiscing

 SV had an ice cream cake for her birthday and it is getting quite crowded with all of those candles now. Hard to believe how many there are now. After we had cake SV grab one of her baby books and we all did a bit of reminiscing, It was quite nice actually although it did drive home how quickly the time had passed and how much we had done during that time.

SV's early 10th presents

 Hard to believe that SV is turning 10. She got to open a present early on the day and she was very excited about it. MV was also excited and they both got right into it. They played for most of the morning before packing it away for the afternoon. 

SV's makeshift work station

 SV fashioned herself a little workstation in her room. It allowed her to get away and have a bit of a quiet space in which to work. She really seemed to enjoy it.

Dancing with Hippos

 We have recently started buying Kinder Hippos because they are delicious. EV calls them cows, but nevermind, they are tasty. On this occasion she was eating it outside in a rather unique way while doing a bit of a dance. Suffice it to say that she enjoyed it.
