At the park with their cousins
The girls were really excited to play with their cousins at the park one last time before they had to go back home. They had a blast doing all sorts of things. Next time they meet The little ones will likely be able to join in on the fun too. For now EV was very satisfied with her first experience in a proper swing by herself. Didn't really want to get out actually.

More from the family party
The fairy turned out to be quite popular as well particularly when she did face painting and balloon animals. The kids then enjoyed playing with each other for quite some time. Big thank you to Grandma CeCe and others for organising and setting up the party.

Family reunion party
We had a big party where family and friends gathered to chat, eat and enjoy each other's company. It was a fun and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Lots of people also got to have cuddles with EV who unsurprisingly proved to be quite popular.

Maya's Taqueria and the park
We went to Maya's Taqueria for lunch and were lucky to see some mariachi performing. We were not the only ones to take photographs though. We also had fun playing at the local park.

A celebration of Papi's life
We were very lucky to be able to attend a gathering with so many of our family and friends to remember Papi after his passing. We were all lucky to have shared a part of our lives with him in various ways, and we were all richer for it. It is great to see that his passion has been passed on to his grandchildren, including his appreciation for public transport. It was a wonderful gathering with lots of people all of whom had some great stories to tell. We all appreciated the opportunity to remember Papi with each other. Big thank you goes out to Grandma CeCe and others for organising the event and giving everyone the chance to say good bye.

More people arrive
We had a quiet morning relaxing at Grandma CeCe's house before more people arrived. By the end of the day there were heaps of people we got to see. The girls took it all in stride and managed to be cheerful and gracious all day.
