Playing with the big kids

Now that SV gets to bring a ball to the park she feels like she can play with the big kids. Climbing the spider web, chasing bubbles and running around the park.

Buddy ghost

SV and buddy ghost are turning into fast friends. When SV wakes up or gets home from being outside she usually finds buddy ghost and gives him a hug. It will be interesting to see how their relationship fares in the future.

Animal handling

Here are a few examples of SV interacting with animals. She is turning into a little animal handler.

 

In the hall, again

SV really likes to pull out all her toys in the hallway, which is of course the narrowest part of the house. She then sits there and piles the toys around and on top of her so they are easily accessible. Here she is telling us to stop with the photographs (she learned the stop signal at school) before she resigned herself to her fate and continued to play. Eventually TV joined in and they played until they got tired and laid down for a minute.

 

Box on head

SV woke up and we brought her into our bed, but she wanted to bring her toys since she didn't get to play with them enough in her bed. She dumped them all out on the bed and proceeded to put the toy bin on her head. To be fair, she did play with her toys as well.

At Marta and Brad's

SV is spending some time with Babka Marta playing with all of the animals. She is being nice and gentle with them, but she draws the line at sharing biscuits though.

Yellow ball at the park

For the first time SV got to take a ball to the park and she really enjoyed it. Below are a couple of photographs as she runs around playing with the ball and occasionally with TV.

Yellow hat trouble

SV was in a wild mood running around the house. She found one of her sun hats and put it on. She then started making faces and showing off with the hat.

Reading lion

SV was reading to her lion friend on the couch. She was telling it all about the various dog breeds that she knows from reading her book. It seemed that the lion wasn't paying as much attention as he should have though, so he got reprimanded.
