First swim

After breaky everyone was excited to get into the pool. It didn't take long, and swimmers were optional.

Villa breaky

As we predicted, we were the first of our friends to go in for breakfast. We had the dining room all to our selves. That was even after we played for a while in our room. The breakfast was quite nice.

Arriving in the villa

It was dark and getting late by the time we got to the villa and unpacked. It was really lucky that Uncle Mat and Auntie Naomi were already there to play with the girls. They had so much fun straight away.

Going to Bali

We are so excited for our first holiday this year. Pretty much a record for us. We are heading off to Bali to catch up with all of our Sydney friends who have scattered all around the globe. It promises to be a wonderful 10 year anniversary celebration. The girls were also excited to see their Aunties and Uncles and to go on a plane again. They were very well behaved in our usual lounge and then throughout the 7 hour flight. They couldn't quite believe their luck of being able to eat whatever they wanted and watching as many shows as they liked.

Dinner with Uncle Nick and Auntie Aimee

We had a great Thai dinner with Uncle Nick and Auntie Aimee. The girls were well behaved and as usual enjoyed the noodles and fried rice. Nick and Aimee just got engaged recently and just asked SV and MV to be the flower girls. SV was very excited about the prospect. MV was still too excited about her balloon, but she'l come around.

Last of Luna Park

Being that it's winter, there is an ice skating rink set up and KT and SV took a skate around. Unfortunately MV was a bit too small and had to sit out this time around. She did get to hang out with Auntie Aimee instead. They both got balloons at the end of the night though.

Luna Park 2

We stopped at the mandatory cut outs for some photographs. They turned out great. The girls then got to ride several more rides which they both enjoyed it.
