Christmas at Martin Place: Part 1

To kick off December we the City of Sydney had a Christmas program for kids at Martin Place which included children's entertainers and culminated with the Lord Mayor Clover Moore lighting the Christmas tree. We went down to see the happenings and ended up having a bit of a picnic with the entertainment providing a nice backdrop. 

We took photographs in front of the Christmas tree, although SV was too distracted by all the other people to allow us to get a good family portrait. SV got a show bag with a fun light up wand which she immediately enjoyed playing with. She managed to figure out how to turn on the lights on it which kept her interest for quite some time.
