Kt runs a Half-Marathon!

We went up to the Hunter Valley last weekend in order for Kt to test her running prowess against a tough hilly course, with beautiful scenery. Kt did fantastic to finish in 2hrs 7min, beating her goal by 23minutes. The day before the race we drove up to the Hunter through the back roads taking in the views, including a picnic by the river. Kt was feeling good at the start, after a quick break, before making her way along the 22km (13.1 mile) course. The next bunch of photos show her running towards the finish, although in some you have to find Waldet as she hides behind things. After the race Kt was feeling pretty good, eating some snacks and with her new medal. After a change and clean up period, we were off to see more of the Hunter Valley including some of the wineries for a small taste. Kt was introduced to the locals before enjoying an art gallery. A great little trip away from home and a great effort by Kt. Please enjoy the video.

PS the other photos will be put up soon, hopefully.
