Sniffy
Some sad news to report. On Wednesday May 9th, 2008 our little brown buddy died. Sniffy would have been 14 in September, so he had a long life. Everyone that met him, well maybe not those little kids he growled at, liked him. He was a great companion and we have some very fond memories of him. He was a feisty character to the end, still giving Billy the stink eye for getting too close the night before he died. We will try to get a few more photos of his younger days and post them up, but these are from when he was an older gentleman. Feel free to post any stories you might have. Looking back on his life, it wasn't half bad, what with all the treats he ate and the places he went to. R.I.P. Sniffy, you will be missed.

I met Sniffy once and I must say he made quite the good impression. I could tell he was a good dog indeed.
Oh the fond memories of the Sniffy the Great. Leader and protector of all that stood under six inches high. It would have been the early morning scurrying up the Vaclavek stairs that stuck most in my mind along with making sure no intruder would pass such a ferocious beast and he thought i was one at one point!! Sniffy will always be cherished.
Thank you both for your very nice comments. We really appreciate it.
A few years ago, Thomas brought Sniffy over to my apartment. My cat didn't know how to react, and just stood there. Within seconds, Sniffy licked him right on the face. A lovely memory indeed.
