Making Špekáčky

 Špekáčky are a Slovak/Czech type of sausage which is usually grilled over an open flame. They are served very simply with veggies and some bread. TV managed to find some and we decided to make them over the BBQ. Each girl grilled her own and then enjoyed eating it. They got a level of satisfaction by do it as they were essentially in charge of their own dinner.
