Gum boots and rain coat

It's been a rainy couple of days and SV has been enjoying it. She really likes the idea of putting on her gum boots and raincoat to go walk in the rain. She is starting to discover puddles, but is still relatively shy about them. We are trying to encourage that, but it's only a matter of time.
