The last flight of our World Tour was with Qantas on the A380, which was a good thing because we sat on the tarmac for 3 hours because one of the runways in Hong Kong was being cleaned after a tire blew up on a landing flight. Actually, we had a bit of a fiasco even before that with our luggage. We were prepared for a fight because our tickets were purchased through Swiss Air which gave SV a full 23kg baggage allowance but Qantas only gives 10kg, so we knew we would have to argue the point, which we did. Of course the fact that our bags were a bit over even that didn't help much, but the ladies at the check-in counter were very nice and somehow made it work that we didn't have to pay anything which was a great improvement on the $370 they were originally going to charge us. SV's charm came in handy there.
Once on the plane we were delayed but as the photograph shows it was not exactly a full flight, and we got the entire 4 seat row to ourselves! The flight crew were really nice and the Captain even came around to explain about the delay. The delay did gives us a chance to feed SV her first baby food in the form of a pear and apple puree. She seemed to like it, but afterwards she wanted some of mum's best vintage to wash it all down. Once airborne we had a very nice flight arriving into Sydney without incident and having slept 5 or 6 hours.
That concludes the coverage of our World Tour, thank you to everyone again for making it so wonderful. Keep watching though as the photographs and videos won't stop just because we are home.

She likes to feed herself even when it's with a spoon.
