MV's convertible ride

 MV has been really excited in Ron's convertible and she finally had a chance to do so. He came by and picked her up on a peach of a day and they got to drive around for some time. She loved it and is now keen to drive it.

Family photograph for Nagymama

 We wanted to have a nice family photograph of the family and a couple of silly ones too for good measure.

Nagy's 95th birthday

 We went to see Nagymama again because she was having her 95th birthday and we all went up to see her. She really appreciated that almost the entire family was able to come together for her big birthday. It was really nice to see the family come together and be able to spend some time catching up. We are all quite busy at the moment so having a wonderful reason to come together is great.

New old house

 We started settling in at our new house which is in fact the same one we lived in before moving away. We are now starting to settle in and trying to get organised. The girls got to set up their rooms and get to know it. Our move came just before Halloween so we had to get some decorations for the house.

Ice cream with Grandma

 SV got to spend some time with Grandma Cece and of course they had ice cream. They enjoyed good conversation and getting to know each other over the cold dessert.

Morning tea

 The girls decided they wanted to have a morning tea in the garden and neither the cold nor a bit of rain was going to stop them. They got dressed up and set up their table with chairs. They then brought tea out and enjoyed their time together.

Our new car

 We had been looking for a car to fit us and to have a couple of extra seats for friends. We had put in an order and our new Santa Fe finally arrived. We made it a bit of a family trip to go out and pick it up together. It was quite exciting even though the girls had to sit and wait for us to do all of the paperwork. We managed to get that done while they were drawing and working on stuff. It was soon time to drive home but first we had to stop for a snack. Once home, KT started making herself at home, as did MV who built a little cosy area in the way back.
