Rashie on the beach

SV is sporting her rashie (thin Aussie shirt worn at the beach to protect from sun damage) at Manly. The first photograph has one of the Manly ferries in the background (the Collaroy).

    I thought rashies protected surfers from board rash.....

    They are, but they also protect surfers and babies from the sun. They have a UV protection rating usually associated with them.
